In-house Team Day
Connecting Self-Care and Team Development
Relational Clay Field Therapy® strengthens self-awareness and sparks an impulse for personal growth. It focuses on the body and its relation to the environment through movement. Emotional and mental meaning becomes present. New resources can be integrated.
During the first part, we present Relational Clay Field Therapy®. Participants experience sequences themselves.
The second part focuses on team development: in a moderated and free exchange with colleagues and with the help of visualisations, the current qualities of the team become recognisable for the participants. The aim of the day is to bring together the individual scope and potential of the team in a way that promotes health.
Suitable for teams of therapists, educators, and mental health professionals.
Presentation of the guidance approach Relational Clay Field Therapy®, including personal experience and impulses for team development.

Development Guidance at After-School Care
Supplementation of special care at school and integration of children
At after-school care, children do their homework, play, or interact in groups. However, some children struggle with that, as they are already exhausted from a morning at school and must cope with health and social issues. They have to overcome crises.
Working with children at the clay field helps to recognise the energy depleting conflicts they deal with. We support children in finding a haptic-sensorimotor balance and encourage their personal growth.
Individual sessions can support group activity at after-school care. We look forward to figuring out which conditions need to be put in place to make clay field therapy a viable option of inclusion.
