Hereinafter referred to collectively as ‘event’.
Target groups, conference or seminar venue and participation fee can be found in the respective current announcements or offers. By registering, the contractual partner (hereinafter referred to as ‘the participant’) recognises the General Terms and Conditions of Kramer und Schott GbR.
Deviating provisions of the contractual partners shall not apply unless Kramer und Schott GbR has confirmed this in writing. Individual agreements between Kramer und Schott GbR, and the contractual partner must be agreed in writing, and shall only then take precedence.
2 Registration, order confirmation
Registration for the event (hereinafter referred to as ‘registration’) shall be made by e-mail, in which the event offer is stated, and acknowledgement of the applicable GTC, and data protection provisions of Kramer und Schott GbR is confirmed. The registration becomes a binding contractual offer upon receipt of the e-mail in the e-mail inbox of Kramer und Schott GbR. Acceptance on the part of Kramer und Schott GbR is declared by confirming the registration and sending the invoice to the participant by e-mail. The contract for participation in the event is concluded when the confirmation is sent. The respective event offer is part of the contract.
In the case of therapy programmes for children, teenagers and adults, the type of registration and order confirmation shall be specified in a customised and written offer from Kramer und Schott GbR.
3 Terms of payment and costs
The participation fee only covers the services specified and described in more detail in the announcement text.
The participation fee is due upon conclusion of the contract in accordance with the deadlines stated therein and must be transferred to the specified bank account of Kramer und Schott GbR, stating the purpose of payment (title and date of the event as well as the first and last name of the participant).
Timely payment of the participation fee is a prerequisite for participation in the booked event. The necessary requirements for the utilisation of any fee reduction offered must be met by the start of the event. Otherwise, the difference to the regular participation fee must be paid in due time.
In the case of therapy programmes for children, teenagers, and adults, the terms of payment and costs are set out in Kramer und Schott GbR's customised written offer.
4 Cancellations and rebookings
Please send cancellations for the booked event to Kramer und Schott GbR by e-mail in text form. The date on which the cancellation is received by Kramer und Schott GbR is decisive.

After this time and up to two weeks before the event, 25% of the participation fee will be charged, up to a maximum of €500. Thereafter, up to the start of the event, 50% of the participation fee will be charged, up to a maximum of €1000. The cancelling contractual partner is free to prove that Kramer und Schott GbR has incurred no or less damage. If the participant provides a replacement person, cancellation is possible with the prior consent of Kramer und Schott GbR. In this case, the cancelling contractual partner shall pay a flat-rate processing fee of €100.
In the event of non-attendance or cancellation of participation in the event after the start of the event, the participation fee must be paid in full. The right of cancellation for good cause for events lasting longer than five days remains unaffected.
In the case of therapy offers for children, teenagers, and adults, the conditions for cancellations and rebookings are specified in the customised and written offer from Kramer und Schott GbR.

The participant will be informed immediately using the contact details given in their registration. If the event cannot take place, the participant will receive a full refund of the participation fee already paid. The same applies if the participant is unable to attend a rescheduled date for the event. There are no further claims.
